What gear should beginners generally drive in?

Beginners usually drive in 4th gear, but in reality, gear shifting should be based on the vehicle speed. Start in 1st gear, then shift to 2nd gear once moving. Shift to 3rd gear when the speed is between 20 and 25, and upshift to 4th gear when the speed reaches around 35 to 40. Shift to 5th gear when the speed is around 60. Generally, when you hear the engine sound change, it's time to shift gears. The reasons why an automatic transmission car doesn't move when in gear are as follows: Torque converter: The torque converter shaft is locked, causing the fuel injection pump to stop working. Lubricating oil: The lubricating oil passage is blocked, leading to insufficient lubrication and resulting in the planetary gear burning out. Oil pump shaft: The oil pump shaft is broken, causing the oil pump to stop working or the differential to lack oil and burn out.
