Hanteng Motors uses two types of turbocharged engines: 1.5T and 2.0T. Below is an introduction and composition of turbocharged engines: Introduction to Turbocharged Engines: A turbocharged engine refers to an engine equipped with a turbocharger. A turbocharger is essentially an air compressor that increases the intake air volume by compressing air. It utilizes the inertial force of the exhaust gas expelled by the engine to drive the turbine in the turbine chamber, which in turn drives the coaxial impeller. The impeller then compresses the air delivered from the air filter pipeline, pressurizing it before it enters the cylinder. Composition of Turbocharged Engines: The turbocharging system mainly consists of a turbine chamber and a supercharger. First, the intake port of the turbine chamber is connected to the engine's exhaust manifold, while the exhaust port is connected to the exhaust pipe. Then, the intake port of the supercharger is connected to the air filter pipeline, and the exhaust port is connected to the intake manifold. Finally, the turbine and impeller are installed in the turbine chamber and supercharger respectively, with the two being rigidly connected on the same shaft.
