The Mercedes-Benz E300 has two driving modes: E for Eco mode and S for Sport mode. The gear shift position of the Mercedes-Benz E300 is located at the lower right side of the steering wheel. The gear lever of the Mercedes E features P, R, N, D icons, and there is a driving mode switch button on the center console. Pressing it allows switching between Sport mode and Eco mode, and these two modes can be freely toggled. In terms of safety, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class comes standard with the Driver Attention Assist system, which is automatically activated when the vehicle speed reaches between 80 to 180 kilometers per hour. The system monitors and automatically determines whether the driver is in a fatigued or distracted state through over seventy preset programs. Once the system determines that the driver's condition reduces driving safety, it will emit an audio warning signal and display a "Please take a break" prompt message on the instrument cluster display.
