Bring your driver's license and ID card to a driving school to register. 2. Fill out the "Application Form for Additional Driving Categories for Motor Vehicle Drivers" and the "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Application Form" at the driving school. 3. Complete the training at the driving school. After training, the driving school will schedule the exam with the vehicle management office. 4.
