'Yaxiang' refers to the transmission, also known as the gearbox. Origin of the name: Inside the transmission, different-sized gears mesh to increase or decrease operating speed or torque, thereby enabling the vehicle to change gears. The meshing of gears resembles the interlocking of teeth, hence it is also called 'Yaxiang' (literally 'tooth box'). Types of transmissions: In automobiles, transmissions include manual transmissions and automatic transmissions. Manual transmissions are mostly 5-speed or 6-speed manual, while automatic transmissions include 6-speed automatic, 7-speed dual-clutch, 8-speed semi-automatic, CVT continuously variable transmission, etc. There is also the 'return force Yaxiang': the return force Yaxiang converts the elastic force from the spring inside the gearbox into gear movement.

I've heard of the gearbox before. It's actually a crucial component in a car, responsible for controlling vehicle speed and power transmission, just like a switch that regulates how fast the motor runs. With a manual gearbox, you have to shift gears yourself, coordinating with the clutch pedal. An automatic gearbox is simpler, as the electronic system handles the gear shifting. This component is absolutely vital – without it, the car's power delivery would go haywire during acceleration or hill climbing, making it prone to losing control. When driving on highways or mountain roads, a properly functioning gearbox ensures smoother operation and even improves fuel efficiency. I recommend checking the gearbox oil during routine maintenance to prevent wear and tear. In short, understanding the gearbox helps us drive more safely and with peace of mind. Don't procrastinate when minor issues arise.

How to Remove the Axle Shaft of a Tricycle?

To disassemble rusted screws, spraying some rust remover will make it easier to remove them. Directly hit the axle shaft head with a hammer, aiming to drive the axle shaft inward a bit at once, which will loosen both the axle shaft and the brake drum. Use a circlip plier to remove the circlip stuck on the bearing. Then, strike the tool handle with a hammer to pull out the axle shaft using this tool.

What is the difference between 91w and 95w tires?

91w tires and 95w tires differ in load capacity: the maximum load capacity of a single 91w tire is 615 kilograms, while that of a 95w tire is 690 kilograms. The 'w' indicates that the tire can support a maximum speed of 270 kilometers per hour. The functions of tires are: 1. To directly contact the road surface and, together with the car suspension, mitigate the impact during driving; 2. To ensure good ride comfort and smooth driving; 3. To ensure good adhesion between the wheels and the road surface, improving the car's traction, braking, and passing ability; 4. To bear the weight of the car.

What is the RPM when starting the car?

When starting the car, the RPM is around 1000. The engine's technical condition affects the starting resistance and consequently the RPM. A new engine that hasn't been broken in has higher starting resistance and correspondingly lower starting RPM. After proper break-in and maintenance, when the moving parts achieve optimal fit, the RPM will be slightly higher. In reality, it's difficult for drivers to distinguish the RPM difference between a new car and a well-broken-in one during startup, as the gap is minimal unless precise measurements are taken. From a technical perspective, a car engine's starting performance is evaluated by its starting time - an engine that can start within 5 seconds is considered to have good starting performance.

What should you do when encountering an oncoming vehicle occupying your lane while driving?

First, reduce your speed, then honk the horn and flash your headlights to alert the other driver to slow down and yield, or return to their own lane. If the other vehicle does not yield or is unable to do so, the driver should then check their rearview mirror to see if changing lanes is possible. If changing lanes is not an option, it is crucial to stop and yield. Remember, never act impulsively.
