Grade One, Well-Maintained Vehicle: New vehicles that have traveled up to two-thirds of the first scheduled major repair interval mileage and two-thirds of the second scheduled major repair interval mileage. The basic components and main parts of the vehicle's major assemblies are sturdy and reliable, with good technical performance; the engine runs stably without abnormal noises, has good power performance, fuel consumption does not exceed the specified standards, and exhaust emissions and noise comply with national standards; all equipment is complete and in good condition, with no reservations during operation. 2. Grade Two, Basically Well-Maintained Vehicle: Vehicles whose main technical performance and condition or mileage are below the requirements for a well-maintained vehicle but comply with GB7258-2004 standards and can participate in transport operations at any time. 3. Grade Three, Vehicle Needing Repair: Vehicles that have undergone the last level of maintenance before being sent for major repair or are undergoing major repair or awaiting replacement but are still in operation. 4.
