Remove the two bolts on the other side and separate the water supply pipe from the flange joint. Pull out the air pipe below the water supply pipe on the left side of the heater assembly. Remove the water supply pipe's fixing bracket on the left side of the firewall. Loosen the mounting bracket nut under the water supply pipe bracket. 4. Loosen the right mounting bracket nut under the return pipe. Remove the two mounting nuts at the top of the heater assembly. Disconnect the control wire for the blower motor switch. Disconnect the control wire on the main damper flap on the side of the heater assembly. Separate the heater assembly from the mounting studs, then lift it upwards and remove it from the vehicle. 5. Reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
