What does the night driving test mean?

Night driving test is a part of the actual road test (Subject 3) for the driver's license examination. According to regulations, different vehicle types have different proportions of candidates selected for the night test, so not everyone will take the night road driving test—only those randomly selected by proportion will participate. The main assessment focuses on the use of vehicle lights. Below are the precautions for using lights during the night test: 1. Use low beam: Remember to turn on the headlights when starting the vehicle; when meeting another vehicle within about 150 meters, use low beam; when following a vehicle ahead, use low beam. 2. Light switching: When approaching an intersection, encountering pedestrians ahead, or navigating a curve, continuously alternate between high and low beams.
