What does the Magotan Travel Mode mean?

Magotan Travel Mode is a feature designed for the Magotan when traveling in different locations. Below is an introduction related to the Magotan's maximum speed: 1. Maximum Speed Test: The maximum speed refers to the highest speed the car can achieve under windless conditions on a level, good-quality asphalt or concrete road. According to Chinese regulations, the last 500 meters of a 1.6-kilometer test section are used as the testing area for maximum speed, with four round trips conducted, and the average value is taken. 2. Limiting Maximum Speed: The maximum speed is different from the theoretical top speed (which refers to the best performance the engine can achieve under optimal conditions, limited to theory only). For some high-performance cars, manufacturers often limit the vehicle's maximum speed through technical means (such as electronic speed limit functions) to protect the engine or comply with traffic regulations.
I love using this feature of the Magotan for long-distance driving. The Travel Mode mainly adjusts to an economical driving state. In this mode, the throttle response becomes smoother, the transmission shifts up more aggressively, and fuel consumption drops significantly. When driving on the highway, I combine it with cruise control, setting a speed of 110 km/h, so my right foot hardly needs to press the accelerator. I also like to set the air conditioning to 22°C in auto mode, adjust the lumbar support of the seat to the right position, and play some light music on the sound system. This way, driving for four or five hours doesn’t feel tiring at all, making it perfect for road trips. However, it’s important to check the tire pressure in advance and calculate the fuel level properly—safety is the top priority for long-distance driving.
