What does the circle exclamation mark warning light mean?

The circle exclamation mark warning light is the brake warning light. The brake warning light appears in red. If this warning light illuminates, it indicates one of the following conditions in the brake system: 1. Severe wear of the brake pads; 2. Brake fluid level is too low; 3. The parking brake is engaged. In most cases, if the red brake warning light is on, the ABS warning light will also illuminate simultaneously, because the ABS system cannot function properly when there is a fault in the conventional brake system. When the brake system warning light comes on after starting the vehicle, first check if the handbrake is released. If the light goes off after releasing it, the problem is resolved. If the warning light remains on after releasing the handbrake, check whether the brake pads or brake discs are worn and need replacement. If the light goes off after replacement, the problem is solved. If the warning light remains on after replacing the brake pads or discs, check the brake fluid. After adding brake fluid and the light goes off, the problem is solved. If the brake fluid is insufficient, it may affect braking performance and driving safety, and the vehicle should be sent to a repair shop for inspection as soon as possible.
