'Study and Reduce Points' is a measure for drivers holding a driver's license who have been penalized with points due to traffic violations. By participating in online traffic safety education and passing the exam, they can have their penalty points reduced. This initiative is a traffic management convenience measure uniformly deployed by the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security. According to Article 5 of the Notice on Issuing the 'Work Standards for Reducing Points of Road Traffic Safety Violations by Accepting Traffic Safety Education (Trial)' issued by the Ministry of Public Security on January 14, 2020 (GongJiaoGuan [2020] No. 14): Motor vehicle drivers applying to participate in traffic safety education to reduce traffic violation points should participate in corresponding road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge learning, exams, or traffic safety public welfare activities according to their highest permitted driving model and meet relevant requirements to apply for the reduction of traffic violation points. Specific considerations are as follows: Applicable individuals: Motor vehicle drivers holding a driver's license of the People's Republic of China, regardless of the permitted driving model or whether they are commercial vehicle drivers, can participate in 'Study and Reduce Points' and engage in corresponding road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge learning and exams according to their highest permitted driving model. Specific rules: Motor vehicle drivers participating in online road traffic laws, regulations, and related content learning must study continuously for 5 minutes each time, accumulate 30 minutes of study time within 3 days, and then register for an exam within 7 days. Passing the exam can reduce 1 point. Drivers can also attend on-site learning, with each session lasting no less than 1 hour. After completing the required study hours, they can apply for an exam, and passing it can reduce 2 points. Drivers can also participate in offline safety public welfare activities, with each hour-long session reducing 1 point. Accumulating 30 minutes of study within 3 days, with each study session lasting no less than 5 minutes, and passing the exam can reduce 1 point each time. The maximum reduction in points within one scoring cycle is 6 points. Cases not accepted: The following situations will not be accepted: In the last scoring cycle, the driver had two or more full-point records. Within a 3-point cycle, the driver was involved in hit-and-run accidents, drunk driving, or the manufacture or alteration of documents or license plates. The motor vehicle driver's license is in the probation period or has not been reviewed as required. The motor vehicle driver has unresolved traffic violation records under their name. The motor vehicle driver has vehicles under their name with safety technical inspections expired or not deregistered as required. The driver has already reduced the maximum of 6 points in the current cycle.

What to Do When the Car Air Conditioner Fan Doesn't Rotate?

The car air conditioner fan may not rotate due to the following 4 reasons: 1. Relay failure: If the relay fails, the car's radiator fan won't work either. If the water temperature is normal but the radiator fan still doesn't operate, the issue might be with the fan's relay. 2. Poor contact in the main control switch or damaged fan motor coil: Use a multimeter to measure the contact resistance of the main control switch. If the resistance is too high or zero, repair or replace it. 3. Loose set screw between the fan motor and blade: Tighten the set screw. 4. Open or short circuit in the fan capacitor: Inspect the capacitor and replace it with one of the same specifications.

Why Do Supercars Use Dry Sump Lubrication?

Dry sump lubrication ensures engine lubrication without causing damage, which is why supercars utilize this system. In contrast, ordinary family cars typically employ wet sump lubrication, where oil is stored in the sump and provides splash lubrication and pressure lubrication during engine operation. Key information about dry sump lubrication is as follows: 1. Dry sump systems are used in many racing engines. They do not store oil in the sump—more accurately, they lack a traditional oil pan. 2. Dry sump systems avoid various adverse phenomena associated with wet sump systems during aggressive driving. 3. Since dry sump engines eliminate the oil storage function of the sump, the height of the original oil pan is significantly reduced, lowering the engine's overall height. This reduction in center of gravity enhances handling performance.

What Are the Reasons for a Gasoline Saw Not Starting?

Gasoline saw not starting is due to excessive fuel in the carburetor, which can be resolved by adjusting the carburetor. The reasons for a chainsaw lacking power are: 1. The air filter is too dirty; 2. Ignition system failure or excessive cylinder wear; 3. Clogged fuel tank filter screen; 4. Sealing issues in the crankshaft bearing housing. Precautions for using a chainsaw include: 1. Before operation, let the chainsaw run at low speed for a few minutes before starting work. After using up a tank of fuel, take a break. After completing work, clean the chainsaw's cooling fins to ensure proper heat dissipation; 2. The dust removal cycle for the chainsaw air filter is 25 hours, with adjustments made for special circumstances.

What is the fuel consumption of the 2020 Cruze four-cylinder model?

The fuel consumption of the 2020 Cruze four-cylinder model is 8.4 liters per 100 kilometers. The method to determine the fuel consumption level of a car is: fill up a tank of gas and reset the odometer to zero, then calculate the kilometers driven until the fuel is exhausted. Divide the liters of fuel added by the kilometers driven and multiply by 100 to get the average fuel consumption per 100 kilometers. The 2020 Cruze is a compact car with body dimensions of: length 4614mm, width 1798mm, height 1485mm, and a wheelbase of 2640mm. The 2020 Cruze features a MacPherson independent front suspension and a multi-link independent rear suspension. It is equipped with a 1.0t turbocharged engine, producing a maximum horsepower of 125ps, a maximum torque of 170nm, and a maximum power of 92kw, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.

What is the difference between six-seater and seven-seater?

The differences between six-seater and seven-seater are as follows: 1. Different number of seats: A six-seater has six seats, while a seven-seater has seven seats. The seven-seater typically has 2 seats in the front row, 3 seats in the middle row, and 2 seats in the rear row, whereas the six-seater has one less seat in the middle row. 2. Difference in annual inspection: Six-seater vehicles are exempt from annual inspection for the first six years, while seven-seater vehicles require an annual inspection every two years. However, after six years, regardless of the number of seats, all vehicles must undergo an annual on-site inspection. 3. Difference in insurance premium: For seven-seater vehicles, the compulsory traffic insurance is generally 1100 in the first year, and from the second year onwards, it will be adjusted based on the vehicle's driving record from the previous year. If the vehicle was involved in an accident in the previous year, the compulsory traffic insurance will increase by 30% in the second year.

What Happens When a Car is Low on Engine Oil?

When a car is low on engine oil, it can lead to insufficient lubrication of the engine's friction surfaces, resulting in abnormal vibrations and reduced power. In severe cases, it may even cause engine bearing failure (commonly known as 'engine bearing seizure'). Engine bearing seizure refers to the burning and erosion of the crankshaft bearings and bearing bushings due to poor lubrication, manifesting as abnormal engine vibrations until the engine stalls. Here are some details about engine oil: 1. Engine oil, also known as engine lubricant (English name: Engine-oil), has a density of approximately 0.91×10³ (kg/m³). It serves multiple functions such as lubrication and friction reduction, auxiliary cooling, sealing and leak prevention, rust and corrosion protection, and shock absorption. It is often referred to as the 'lifeblood' of a car. 2. Engine oil consists of two main components: base oil and additives. The base oil is the primary constituent of the lubricant, determining its fundamental properties, while the additives compensate for and enhance the performance shortcomings of the base oil, imparting new characteristics. Additives are a crucial part of engine oil.
