Statutory vehicle inspection is a national regulation. In fact, during regular maintenance, 4S shops will conduct a comprehensive inspection. This statutory vehicle inspection serves as a reminder to prevent potential issues that may arise from prolonged lack of inspection. Contents of vehicle inspection: Visual inspection of the vehicle's exterior, including checking the left, right, and interior rearview mirrors to ensure they are intact and undamaged. Inspection of the vehicle's braking system, verifying that all fault indicator lights show no alarm conditions. Checking the vehicle's steering system for looseness or cracks. Verifying the proper functioning of vehicle lighting and signal indicators. Inspecting the condition of the vehicle's tires, etc. Reset method for statutory vehicle inspection: Turn on the ignition switch, but do not start the vehicle. Press the reset button for 8 seconds until the multifunction display shows the vehicle inspection symbol. Press the reset button again to display the next system requiring reset, such as the rear brake pad system reset. Each press will display another system requiring reset. When the vehicle inspection system requiring reset is selected, turn the ignition switch to the second position, press and hold the reset button for approximately 3 seconds until the multifunction display shows the vehicle inspection icon, then continue holding the reset button for another 3 seconds. After 3 seconds, the display will show "RESET?" Press the reset button again until the screen displays "OK." Turn off the ignition switch to complete the reset process.
