What does PTC on a car mean?

PTC on a car refers to the car heater, mainly used for preheating the engine in winter and providing heating for the cab. PTC can be used as a ceramic heating element for starting the car in low-temperature conditions. It can be made into different structural types such as branch pipe type and flat disc type, which results in the full utilization of the thermal efficiency generated by PTC. These two types of structures are simple, small in size, and easy to install, and are generally directly fixed on the inner wall of the vaporization chamber. Inside the vaporization chamber, it directly heats the gasoline inside, rapidly increasing its temperature, thereby improving the fuel combustion and vaporization effect. This not only helps the car to start normally in low-temperature environments but also reduces the pollution caused by car exhaust emissions, as well as decreases fuel consumption.
