Manufacturer model is the name of the car. Detailed explanation of manufacturer model: The vehicle model should indicate the manufacturer, type, and main characteristic parameters of the car. According to the national standard, all national vehicle models should consist of Chinese Pinyin letters and Arabic numerals. The vehicle model includes the following three parts: First part - Consists of 2 or 3 Chinese Pinyin letters, which serve as the code to identify the manufacturer's name. For example: CA represents the First Automobile Works, EQ represents the Second Automobile Works, TJ represents Tianjin Automobile Works, etc.; Middle part - Consists of four Arabic numerals. The first digit represents the type of vehicle, the second and third digits represent the main characteristic parameters of various vehicles; Tail part - Divided into two sections, the front section consists of Chinese Pinyin letters, indicating the classification code for special-purpose vehicles, located in the fifth part of the product model, using three Chinese Pinyin letters that reflect the structural and usage characteristics of the vehicle. It consists of one special-purpose vehicle structural characteristic code plus two special-purpose vehicle usage characteristic codes. The usage characteristic codes are specified according to ZB/T5005.
