What does it mean when the anti-skid light comes on?

The reasons for the anti-skid light coming on: 1. Accidentally pressing the ESP off button; 2. Signal transmission error in the vehicle (such as loose or faulty sensor connectors, short circuits, or related fuse blowouts), causing false alarms by the computer; 3. Short circuits or related fuse blowouts; 4. Software issues leading to poor signal transmission; 5. ABS pump failure. The anti-skid system mainly refers to ESP (Electronic Stability Program), which is primarily used to address the risk of tailspin and loss of control caused by continuous steering during emergency obstacle avoidance. When avoiding obstacles in an emergency, ESP intervenes to increase the driving force of the drive wheels; when a tailspin tendency occurs, ESP will brake the opposite wheels to reduce rotation, helping the vehicle follow the driver's steering intentions.
