What does it mean when the ABS and anti-slip lights are on in the car?

ABS light staying on indicates an anti-lock braking system alert. There are two possibilities when the ABS light is on: 1. Possibility one: If only the ABS warning light is on while driving, it means there is a fault in the ABS system, but the car can still rely on the conventional braking system to brake. Professional inspection and repair should be sought as soon as possible. 2. Possibility two: If both the ABS warning light and the brake system warning light come on simultaneously while driving, it indicates that there are faults in both the ABS and brake systems, and the braking characteristics will change. Use a computer to check the ABS sensor and eliminate the fault. Once the ABS light issue is resolved, the anti-slip light will not come on.
