i-stop is called automatic start-stop in Chinese, which refers to the engine's start-stop function. It is automatically enabled by default after the vehicle starts. The i-stop switch is located between the steering wheel and the fuel tank switch. When the brake is firmly pressed and the vehicle comes to a stop, the engine shuts off, and a green i-stop indicator light appears on the dashboard. Lightly pressing the accelerator will restart the engine. Its operation is affected by air conditioning and temperature; i-stop may not function when the air conditioning is on or during extremely cold winter temperatures. 1.
