What does EBA mean in cars?

EBA (Electronic Brake Assist) is an electronically controlled brake assist system. Here is more information about EBA: 1. Function of EBA: This system can detect the force and speed of the driver's brake pedal press during driving through the computer. If it is a very emergency brake, EBA will then instruct the brake system to generate higher oil pressure to activate ABS, enabling faster braking force generation and reducing the braking distance. 2. Advantages of EBA: For normal braking situations, EBA will not activate after judgment. When EBA detects that the driver presses the brake pedal quickly and forcefully, the computer analyzes and determines if it is a sudden emergency, then reacts and calculates the emergency level extremely quickly. It immediately automatically provides greater pressure to the pedal, enhancing the braking effect. Moreover, its pressure application speed is much faster than that of the driver, which can significantly shorten the braking distance and improve safety.
