What does DVVT mean?

DVVT refers to the Dual Variable Valve Timing technology, which stands for Dual Variable Valve Timing. The DVVT technology enables exhaust emissions to meet the National IV standard. By controlling the air-fuel mixture in the engine combustion chamber to achieve the appropriate air-fuel ratio, it can significantly improve idle stability, thereby enhancing comfort. The variable valve timing technology can adjust the timing of valve closure based on different engine operating conditions, thereby improving the engine's power performance and fuel economy. Delaying the valve closing time allows the cylinder to intake more air, increasing volumetric efficiency. The longer the valve closing time is delayed, the higher the performance at high speeds; conversely, the earlier the valve closes, the more stable the operation at low speeds and the greater the torque.
