Double flash refers to the hazard warning flasher, commonly known as "double blink" (a triangular red button with an exclamation mark inside). It is a signal light used to alert other vehicles and pedestrians that the vehicle is experiencing a special situation. When a vehicle suddenly encounters a malfunction during road driving and cannot be moved to a safe area in time, the hazard warning flasher should be activated immediately to remind passing vehicles and pedestrians to pay attention to safety and promptly call for help while waiting for rescue. If a vehicle breaks down on the highway, it should be parked in the emergency stopping lane, and the hazard warning flasher should be turned on promptly. A hazard warning sign should be placed 150 meters behind the faulty vehicle, and emergency services should be contacted immediately.
