What Does BMW PDI Inspection Include?

BMW PDI inspection includes the vehicle exterior, engine compartment, and vehicle interior. Reasons for conducting PDI: PDI stands for Pre-Delivery Inspection, which is a mandatory inspection procedure that dealers must perform before delivering a new vehicle to the consumer. It generally includes the vehicle exterior: appearance, paintwork, tire pressure (including the spare tire), door opening and closing, and even child locks; the engine compartment: battery status, fluid levels, etc. Steps of PDI inspection: First, the technician at the dealership will use a PDI checklist, which contains over 70 inspection items in total. PDI standards may vary slightly between different brands, but at the very least, the entire process listed on the checklist should be completed. You can refuse to sign if the inspection is not done. Please note that once you sign, it means you agree with the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale.
