AS/PS refers to the automatic storage and preset station playback function of the car audio radio. Press and hold the AS/PS button for more than 2 seconds to enter the automatic station search and storage mode. When the system detects the 6 strongest stations, it will automatically store them. Press the AS/PS button again lightly, and the main unit will sequentially play the stations stored in channels 1 to 6, with each station playing for 5 seconds. The radio primarily receives broadcast signals via the antenna, and the quality of signal reception is influenced by various factors. For example, in areas such as mountains, tunnels, high-rise buildings, magnetic fields, or regions with poor signals, the signal may be obstructed or interfered with, making it difficult or impossible for the radio to receive signals. In adverse weather conditions, radio signals are weaker compared to normal environments, such as on cloudy, rainy, foggy, or snowy days, resulting in poor car radio reception. The buttons on the car radio and music player represent the following functions: BAND: Button for adjusting radio frequency, including FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2. PS: Random station storage on the radio; press once to store a station. EQ: Sound adjustment button, such as POP, CLAS, ROCK. MON: Mode adjustment button. RESET: Reset button to restore factory settings. SET: Settings for adjusting treble, bass, left-right speaker balance, and front-rear balance. MUTE: Mute button; pressing it turns off the radio sound. LOU/ST: Press once to display "ST" on the screen. Car radio buttons include turning on the radio screen and accessing radio settings. To play music from portable devices like CDs, MDs, or MP3 players, connect them to the audio system's AUX interface using an audio cable, allowing the car's audio system to play music from these devices. In-car infotainment products are the most basic multimedia products (cassette/CD + radio) and head units, primarily for playing music. With technological advancements, in addition to traditional radio, music and video playback, and navigation functions, they now include 3G and Telematics capabilities. Integrated with CAN-BUS technology, they enable communication between the driver and the car, as well as between the car and external systems. They also offer features like scheduled maintenance, remote diagnostics, making calls, sending/receiving messages, voice control, voice announcements, internet access, online music, online radio, web TV, online movies, and more.

What suspension system is used in the new Emgrand GSE?

The new Emgrand GSE features a MacPherson independent suspension at the front and a torsion beam non-independent suspension at the rear. The torsion beam suspension is a common non-independent suspension system in automobiles, known for its simple structure, compact size, and minimal space occupation. Using a torsion beam rear suspension helps expand rear passenger space and trunk capacity. The MacPherson suspension has a straightforward design and is widely used. It consists of a single L-shaped control arm, which hardly occupies any engine compartment space, making it a popular choice for many front-engine, front-wheel-drive vehicles. Engineers have also developed a new suspension system based on the MacPherson suspension, called the double-ball-joint suspension, which enhances vehicle handling and steering precision.

Can fuel be siphoned from a car's gas tank using a tube?

Fuel cannot be siphoned from a car's gas tank using a tube. Modern car fuel tanks are equipped with filters, making it nearly impossible for a tube to enter the tank, let alone extract fuel. This design is also intended to prevent fuel theft. The one-way valve design in the fuel filler neck is structured to facilitate quick refueling, typically featuring a larger diameter. The fuel pump is located inside the tank, with its top sealed and connected to the tank's upper part. The low-pressure fuel line and return line are connected above the fuel pump. When the fuel pump is inactive, there is no direct connection between these lines and the tank, ensuring that even in the event of an accident, fuel will not leak out.

What are the hazards of emergency braking when driving on slippery roads after rain?

The hazards of emergency braking when driving on slippery roads after rain: skidding and causing traffic accidents. Here is some information about skidding: 1. Skidding, also known as lateral slip, occurs when a vehicle is driving on a curved section of the road. Due to centrifugal force, the vehicle may slide outward in the cross-section direction of the curve. Alternatively, on an inclined road, the vehicle may slide downward due to lateral forces, or the vehicle may deviate from the normal driving direction due to improper front wheel alignment. 2. When driving on rainy, snowy, or slippery roads, maintain a steady speed, and smoothly apply or release the throttle. Avoid suddenly pressing the accelerator to speed up or suddenly releasing it to slow down.
