Adding a driving license refers to the process where, after obtaining a driving qualification certificate for one year, a driver takes and passes the examination for another driving qualification certificate. For example, a driver who already holds a C1 license can obtain a B1 driving qualification certificate after one year, thereby gaining the qualification for an additional license. Below are relevant details: 1. Applying for an additional license requires passing the corresponding motor vehicle driving qualification examination. 2. According to Article 15 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses," if a person already holds a motor vehicle driving license and applies to add a permitted driving model, they must not have accumulated 12 penalty points in the current scoring cycle and the most recent scoring cycle before the application. 3. Applications to add medium-sized buses, tractors, or large buses as permitted driving models must also meet the following requirements: (1) To apply for a medium-sized bus permit, the applicant must have held a city bus, large truck, small car, small automatic transmission car, low-speed cargo truck, or three-wheeled car driving qualification for at least three years and must not have accumulated 12 penalty points in the three most recent consecutive scoring cycles before the application. (2) To apply for a tractor permit, the applicant must have held a medium-sized bus or large truck driving qualification for at least three years or a large bus driving qualification for at least one year and must not have accumulated 12 penalty points in the three most recent consecutive scoring cycles before the application. (3) To apply for a large bus permit, the applicant must have held a city bus, medium-sized bus, or large truck driving qualification for at least five years or a tractor driving qualification for at least two years and must not have accumulated 12 penalty points in the five most recent consecutive scoring cycles before the application. 4. Full-time students receiving driving vocational education who have obtained a small car driving qualification at school and have not accumulated 12 penalty points in the current scoring cycle and the most recent scoring cycle before the application can apply to add large bus or tractor permits. 5. According to Article 74 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses," the first 12 months after a motor vehicle driver initially applies for a driving license or adds a permitted driving model is the probationary period. 6. Drivers who newly obtain a large bus, tractor, city bus, medium-sized bus, or large truck license must, within 30 days after the probationary period ends, take an examination on road traffic safety laws and regulations, safe and civilized driving, emergency handling, and other knowledge, and receive no less than half an hour of traffic accident case warning education. During the probationary period, a motor vehicle must display a uniform-style probationary sign at the rear of the vehicle.

As a veteran driver with over 20 years of experience, I remember when I wanted to add a motorcycle license after obtaining my car driver's license, I had to go through the process of license upgrading. Essentially, it means you already hold one type of license, like for regular cars, and then take additional tests to qualify for motorcycles or larger vehicles. Back then, I first passed a medical examination at the hospital, then submitted my application materials at the DMV and started practicing. After passing both the theoretical and practical driving tests, I obtained my Class D license, which made life much more convenient—riding a motorcycle to work saves fuel and offers great flexibility. I recommend young people take the time to get it done early if possible; being qualified to drive more types of vehicles opens up more job opportunities. But make sure to practice thoroughly before the test—don’t rush it.

Just got my C1 license less than a year ago, I was curious about riding motorcycles. After some research, I learned it's called 'license upgrade.' It means you can add permissions to drive other types of vehicles by passing additional tests on top of your existing license. The most common upgrade is from car (C1) to motorcycle (D license). The process is straightforward: after a health check, sign up at a driving school, learn basic operations for a few days, and then take a small test. My friend started delivering food part-time after upgrading his license, earning some extra cash. Mastering more vehicle types adds flexibility for daily life or emergencies, but remember to prioritize safety during the test.

Adding a driving license means taking an additional test on top of your existing license to qualify for driving other types of vehicles. For example, if you have a car license and want to ride a motorcycle for commuting or traveling, you need to upgrade to a Class D license. Key steps include a medical check, submitting an application, and passing both the theoretical and practical exams. It doesn't take long, and the cost is just a few hundred yuan. Once completed, you gain an additional skill, which is quite cost-effective.

How many points will be deducted for occupying the overtaking lane for a long time?

Occupying the overtaking lane for a long time is considered as driving not in accordance with the prescribed lane, and the penalty is a deduction of 3 points and a fine. On highways, occupying the overtaking lane for a long time and not allowing vehicles behind to overtake is an uncivilized and unethical behavior, and traffic police will impose penalties according to the law. The overtaking lane is located on the leftmost lane of the highway. It is only set up when the road meets the standards of a six-lane highway in both directions. The overtaking lane is provided for vehicles that need to overtake or meet the speed requirements. However, some drivers occupy the overtaking lane for a long time, forcing other vehicles to overtake from the slower lanes. Highways should clearly mark the speed limits for each lane. The maximum speed should not exceed 120 kilometers per hour, and the minimum speed should not be lower than 60 kilometers per hour. On highways, the maximum speed for small passenger cars should not exceed 120 kilometers per hour, while other motor vehicles should not exceed 100 kilometers per hour, and motorcycles should not exceed 80 kilometers per hour.

Is Wheel Balancing Necessary When Replacing Four New Tires?

Wheel balancing is necessary when replacing four new tires. Below is a partial introduction about tire replacement: 1. Four-Wheel Alignment: Four-wheel alignment is based on the four-wheel parameters of the vehicle, adjusted to ensure good driving performance and certain reliability. It is required after replacing or adjusting the suspension system, replacing steering system components, or after repairing accident-damaged vehicles. Minor scrapes that do not affect the chassis or suspension do not require alignment. 2. Front Wheel Alignment: The installation of the vehicle's steering wheels, steering knuckles, and front axle has a certain relative position. This installation with a specific relative position is called steering wheel alignment, also known as front wheel alignment.

How to Adjust a Mercedes-Benz Steering Wheel?

There are two methods to adjust a Mercedes-Benz steering wheel: 1. Manual adjustment: There is a lever directly below the steering column. Pull it downward to adjust. 2. Electric adjustment: On the left side of the steering column, there are three control levers. Pull the shortest lever up, down, forward, or backward to adjust. Steering wheel adjustments come in two forms: 1. Vertical adjustment: Adjusts the vertical distance of the steering wheel. This is to accommodate drivers of different heights for their vertical space needs between the steering wheel and themselves. 2. Axial adjustment: Adjusts the length along the steering wheel's axis. This is to meet the distance requirements between the steering wheel and drivers of different builds.
