What does a two-axle vehicle mean?

Two-axle means there are two steering wheels in the front row and two drive wheels in the rear row. To determine how many axles a vehicle has, simply count the number of rows of wheels from one side. Counting from front to back, the number of rows of wheels corresponds to the number of axles the vehicle has. Additional information: The size of a vehicle's wheelbase affects its overall performance: 1. Both excessively short and long wheelbases can impact the vehicle's performance. 2. A shorter wheelbase results in a shorter vehicle length, reduced weight, smaller minimum turning radius and longitudinal passing radius, and better vehicle maneuverability. 3. However, if the wheelbase is too short, the cabin length may be insufficient, and the rear overhang (the distance from the rear wheel axis to the very end of the vehicle) may become too long. This can lead to significant longitudinal sway during driving, as well as large mass transfer during braking, acceleration, or uphill driving, thereby worsening the vehicle's handling and stability.
