360-degree car panorama refers to the 360-degree panoramic imaging system, also known as 360-degree panoramic reversing camera system. It is a parking assistance system that allows drivers to view a seamless, ultra-wide-angle, stitched real-time bird's-eye view image of the vehicle's surroundings on the car display screen. This helps drivers understand blind spots around the vehicle and park more intuitively and safely. The system is alternatively called panoramic parking imaging system or surround-view parking system. The working principle involves four ultra-wide-angle cameras distributed around the vehicle (front, rear, left, and right), which capture real-time images of their respective areas. An image processing unit then corrects distortion, converts perspectives, and stitches the images together to display a complete real-time 360-degree top-down view on the central control screen.
