New vehicle registration requires the following documents: 1. Original and photocopy of the identity proof of the vehicle owner. For corporate vehicles, the original and a photocopy of the "Enterprise Code Certificate" with the company seal, a "Power of Attorney" with the company seal, and the original and photocopy of the trustee's identity proof are required. For personal vehicles, the original and photocopy of the owner's "Resident Identity Card" are required. 2. Original certificate of compliance for the whole vehicle's factory production or original import certificate for imported vehicles. (For non-exempt models, a safety technical inspection certificate is also required.) 3. Original proof of vehicle origin, including the purchase invoice. 4. Original third copy of the compulsory traffic accident liability insurance certificate. If the original is lost, any other copy with the insurance company's seal is acceptable. 5. Original vehicle purchase tax payment certificate or tax exemption certificate. 6. If an agent is handling the registration, the original and photocopy of the agent's identity proof must also be presented. 7. For vehicles such as fire trucks, ambulances, and engineering rescue vehicles, a proof of vehicle usage nature issued by the relevant authority is required. 8. Other original or photocopied certificates and documents required by laws and administrative regulations during vehicle registration.
