Documents required for a 2-year new vehicle inspection include: 1. Motor Vehicle Inspection Mark Application Form (provided on-site, to be filled out directly); 2. Motor Vehicle License; 3. Compulsory Traffic Insurance Certificate; 4. Vehicle and Vessel Tax Payment or Tax Exemption Certificate (usually purchased together with compulsory traffic insurance and can be found in the insurance policy. If not found, consult the insurance company as some regions may require separate payment); 5. Owner's ID card (if someone else is handling the inspection on behalf of the owner, the representative must bring their own ID card). For company vehicles, additional documents are required, including the original vehicle license, duplicate of the compulsory traffic insurance, Organization Code Certificate of the People's Republic of China (with fresh seal), Power of Attorney (with fresh seal), and a copy of the representative's ID card.

I've been driving for ten years and help others with their annual vehicle inspections every year. For a two-year-old new car, the inspection is quite simple, mainly requiring three items: the vehicle's registration certificate, the original ID card of the car owner, and a copy of the compulsory traffic insurance policy (must be within the validity period). Don't forget to bring a printed copy of the insurance policy, as the window needs to scan it for archiving. Also, prepare a warning triangle and a fire extinguisher. Although these are not mandatory inspection items, the inspector might check, and not having them could cause delays. Remember to make an appointment one week in advance to avoid long queues. Last time I didn't book an appointment and waited for two hours. New cars are usually in good condition and pass the inspection on the first try, but make sure there are no warning lights on the dashboard and that the tire treads aren't worn out. To save some hassle, pack everything in the car and double-check the list before heading out.

Do I Need to Drive the Car Over for License Plate Replacement?

You do not need to drive the car over for license plate replacement. Here is some information about license plate numbers: 1. Introduction: A license plate number is an identification tag for a vehicle, much like an ID number for a person. For example, if a car's license plate is from Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, 'Yue' represents Guangdong Province, 'A' represents Guangzhou, so 'Yue A' is the license plate code for Guangzhou. 2. License Plate Colors: White represents military or police plates, such as 'GK12001' for Guangzhou Military District or 'Zhe A1063 Police' for Hangzhou Public Security Bureau vehicles; blue represents ordinary passenger cars; yellow represents ordinary large vehicles; black represents vehicles used by foreign investors in China or important figures; green represents new energy vehicles.

How much air pressure should be in a 175r14lt tire?

175r14lt tires typically require an air pressure between 2.3 and 2.5. Here are some key points about vehicle tire pressure: 1. Lifespan: Both overinflation and underinflation can shorten a tire's lifespan. Underinflation increases tire deformation and contact area with the road, leading to sidewall cracks, excessive heat, rubber degradation, and accelerated shoulder wear. 2. Increased load: Overinflation causes excessive stretching of tire cords, reducing elasticity and increasing the load on the vehicle during driving. 3. Follow manufacturer recommendations: Always inflate tires to the pressure recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Recommended pressure values can usually be found in the vehicle's user manual, on the label near the driver's door (B-pillar), in the drawer next to the driver's seat, or on the fuel tank cap.
