Proxy vehicle annual inspection requires the following materials: Relevant documents of the vehicle owner: Submit the agent's identity certificate (if the agent is a unit, the handler's identity certificate must also be submitted), as well as a written authorization from the vehicle owner. Relevant documents of the vehicle: Vehicle license, compulsory traffic accident liability insurance certificate, vehicle safety technical inspection certificate issued by a motor vehicle safety technical inspection institution (except for exempt vehicles), vehicle and vessel tax payment or tax exemption certificate. Note: If the contents recorded on the vehicle license plate number, vehicle license, compulsory traffic accident liability insurance certificate, vehicle and vessel tax payment or tax exemption certificate, and vehicle safety technical inspection certificate are inconsistent, the motor vehicle inspection qualification mark will not be issued.
