I'm quite familiar with how the letters on Hubei license plates represent different cities. For example, 鄂A is definitely Wuhan, 鄂B is Huangshi, 鄂C is assigned to Shiyan, 鄂D is used in Jingzhou, and Yichang gets 鄂E. Moving on to other cities: Xiangyang's plate is 鄂F, Ezhou uses G, Jingmen is H, 鄂J stands for Huanggang, Xiaogan is assigned K, and Xianning is the letter L. Hubei also has three county-level cities directly administered by the province which are quite interesting: Xiantao's plate is 鄂M, Qianjiang is N, and Shennongjia, as a nature reserve, uses 鄂P. Over my years in transportation, I've found that Tianmen is 鄂R, Suizhou is S, and Enshi is 鄂Q. These codes are primarily designed based on the importance of the cities, with the provincial capital at the beginning. Shennongjia, with its stunning scenery but smaller size, comes at the end.

I know quite a bit about Hubei license plate codes. Everyone probably knows that E-A is for Wuhan, E-B corresponds to Huangshi, Shiyan holds E-C, Jingzhou uses E-D, and Yichang is E-E. Moving down, Xiangyang's license plates are marked with E-F, Ezhou is G, Jingmen is assigned H, E-J belongs to Huanggang, Xiaogan uses E-K, and Xianning is E-L. Additionally, the directly administered county-level cities are special: Xiantao's license plates are E-M, Qianjiang is E-N, the Shennongjia area with its primeval forests uses E-P, Tianmen is E-R, the Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is assigned E-Q, and Suizhou is E-S. During my road trips, I noticed that Wuhan has the most vehicles, so it ranks first, while remote areas like Shennongjia, with fewer vehicles, use letters further back in the alphabet.

The directly administered county-level cities have E M for Xiantao, E N for Qianjiang, E P for Shennongjia, E Q for Enshi, E R for Tianmen, E S for Suizhou. The order of cities is arranged by importance and geographical location.

Is it allowed to drive in slippers?

No. According to Article 62, Clause 3 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law": driving with any behavior that hinders safe driving is prohibited. Based on Article 90 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law", violators will be penalized with 2 demerit points and a fine of 50 yuan. The hazards of driving in slippers are as follows: 1. Driving requires the use of both hands and feet. Driving in slippers is similar to behaviors like using a phone, eating, or watching TV while driving. All these actions violate the "Traffic Law", so car owners are advised to take this as a warning. 2. Wearing slippers reduces foot sensitivity, making it harder to control the pressure on the accelerator and brake. Experimental data shows that driving in slippers has the highest risk index.

How to Develop Driving Skills?

Driving skills require mastering the following three points: 1. Judging wheel position: Those who have studied for the driving test know that driving cannot cross solid lines. If caught crossing lines, you will face fines and penalty points. While driving, the driver should be able to estimate the approximate position of the wheels on the ground through certain fixed reference points inside the cabin, making the entire driving process much easier. 2. Proficient gear shifting: Driving is not just about staying in one gear to adapt to all road conditions; it requires switching gears according to actual situations. This ensures smooth driving without jerking, which can damage the vehicle. 3. Smooth starting: Whether on flat roads or slopes, the car should start without stalling. Driving on the road is real-world practice, unlike learning in a driving school, where vehicles surround you from all sides. Frequent stalling during starts can lead to constant honking from vehicles behind, and stalling on a slope may cause the car to roll backward.

Will Water in the Car Horn Affect the Vehicle?

Water in the car horn can indeed affect the vehicle. Here are some effective methods to prevent water from entering the car horn: 1. Elevate the Position: Try to install the horn as high as possible, and ensure it is angled downward at 60 degrees. This is the optimal position because it not only effectively prevents water from entering the horn but also allows any water that does get in to drain out naturally without accumulating inside. 2. Use a Shield: Find a board with good waterproofing properties. If unavailable, a regular plastic board will suffice. Secure the board to the gap between the bumper and the left front wheel in front of the horn to effectively block water splashed up by the wheels.

Does Having Children in a Car Count as Overloading?

Whether having children in a car counts as overloading depends on the vehicle's seating capacity. Here is an introduction to overloading: 1. Definition: It refers to the actual load of a transportation vehicle exceeding the maximum allowable limit, mostly referring to cargo overloading, which is illegal. 2. Hazards: Overloading poses significant risks, leading to a large number of traffic accidents that endanger lives and property, and also causes damage to the roads where overloaded vehicles travel. 3. Current Situation: The destruction and losses caused by overloading in freight transport are shocking. Despite continuous emphasis on strict management by relevant authorities, the problem persists without fundamental improvement. In some areas, it has even worsened, becoming a 'cancer' in road transport.
