What Components Make Up the Clutch Operating Mechanism?
1 Answers
The clutch operating mechanism consists of the release mechanism located inside the clutch housing and components outside the clutch housing such as the clutch pedal, transmission mechanism, and assist mechanism. Below are precautions for using the clutch operating mechanism: 1. The system pressure of the pneumatic operating mechanism must be greater than 0.22MPa; 2. The pressure of the compressed air in the air reservoir of the pneumatic-assisted hydraulic operating mechanism must meet the specified standard (≥450kPa), otherwise the clutch pedal will feel heavy when pressed; 3. Ensure the sealing of the hydraulic working cylinder, master cylinder, and booster components. If there is any leakage, the clutch pedal will also feel heavy when pressed; 4. The moving parts of the hydraulic working cylinder, master cylinder, and booster must respond flexibly, with no jamming allowed; 5. Replace aged diaphragms immediately.
