ABS system includes the transmission hydraulic servo braking system, brake master cylinder, brake wheel cylinder, vacuum booster and pipelines, as well as electronic control unit, sensors, pressure regulator, warning light, etc. ABS is called the Anti-lock Braking System, abbreviated as ABS system. The working principle of ABS: During the braking process of the car, the wheel speed sensors continuously transmit the speed signals of each wheel to the ABS electronic control unit in a timely manner. The ABS electronic control unit processes the signals input by the four speed sensors according to the set control logic, calculates the reference speed of the car, the speed and deceleration of each wheel, and determines the slip rate of each wheel. During emergency braking, the ABS system can control the braking force in real time, keeping the vehicle always with good directional stability and operability, preventing sideslip and deviation, and improving the safety performance of the car during braking.
