What Causes the Engine Cooling Fan to Stop Working?

Reasons why the engine cooling fan does not rotate: 1. Blown fuse: You can use some common household fuses, tie them around the blown fuse as a temporary replacement, and seek immediate repair; 2. Damaged thermal switch: Without starting the engine, turn on the ignition switch and the AC switch. If the electric fan rotates, it indicates a faulty thermal switch. If the electric fan does not rotate, it may be due to a damaged electric fan. The engine cooling fan is installed between the engine and the radiator. When the fan blades are driven by the engine to rotate, they generate high-speed airflow to dissipate the heat from the coolant in the radiator, achieving the purpose of cooling the engine.
