What Causes the Center Console Screen to Overheat?

The overheating of the center console screen may be due to issues with the internal lamp tubes. It is recommended to visit a repair shop or a 4S store for inspection and maintenance. Behind the LCD screen is the circuit board, which is very close in proximity. During the operation of the display, the temperature of the circuit board rises, and the heat is transferred to the screen, causing it to become very hot. Some LCD screens use CCFL tubes as backlight sources: CCFL tubes also generate a significant amount of heat during operation. Because the entire LCD screen (including the backlight system) is sealed, most of the heat is dissipated through the surface of the LCD screen, making the screen warm. It is quite normal for an LCD screen that has been running for a long time to feel slightly warm, and this does not cause any harm to the LCD screen itself, so there is no need to worry. The color screen on the center console refers to the display screen located on the dashboard: It primarily displays car audio, navigation, vehicle information, reverse camera images, etc. There are single-touch LCD screens and multi-touch LCD screens. The center console screen in cars no longer uses traditional physical button or knob designs but instead employs capacitive touch technology, similar to smartphone screens, where light touches, presses, or swipes can complete operations.
