What Causes the Abnormal Noise in BMW 3 Series?
1 Answers
BMW 3 Series abnormal noise may be caused by loose components, loose bolts or nuts, or a faulty driveshaft universal joint. Loose components: Due to violent impacts or improper installation of other equipment, two components may interfere with each other. This can be resolved by reshaping and repairing or replacing the relevant components to eliminate interference. Loose bolts or nuts: Long-term driving on poor road conditions may cause bolts to loosen, or improper disassembly or installation may lead to bolt damage or insufficient torque. Tightening the bolts or replacing them if necessary can solve the issue. Faulty driveshaft universal joint: If the dust cover is damaged and leaks oil without timely repair, it may cause abnormal wear of the small bearing. Replacing the new outer (inner) CV joint or universal joint can fix the problem.
