The reasons for abnormal noise after clutch replacement are as follows: Gear Noise: The sound is caused by worn and thinned gear teeth leading to excessive clearance, resulting in impact noise during operation; poor gear meshing; fatigue-induced tooth surface spalling or individual tooth breakage; excessive clearance in the spline fit between the gear and shaft; shaft bending or loose bearings at both ends of the shaft causing changes in gear meshing clearance; or improper adjustment of axial shims leading to poor gear meshing. Bearing Noise: Abnormal noise due to worn internal transmission bearings; or caused by gear oil being too thin or of poor quality; abnormal clearance between the inner and outer rings of the bearing and the shaft neck hole; bearing balls having pits or bearing inner/outer races showing signs of burning and pitting. Other Causes: Such as insufficient oil inside the transmission or gear oil being too thin and of poor quality; foreign objects falling into the transmission or loose internal fastening bolts causing abnormal noise.
