What causes severe shaking during hydraulic cylinder ascent?

Specific reasons are as follows: 1. Air bubbles in hydraulic oil: This could be due to insufficient oil in the tank or air entering through gaps in the pump's intake pipe. 2. Pump flow regulator or pressure regulator malfunction: This fault can cause vibration in all hydraulic pipelines during operation. 3. Loose fixing clamps: Normal hydraulic pipelines will have slight vibrations. For steel pipes, a slight tingling sensation when touched by hand is normal, but visible vibration indicates an abnormal condition. Try tightening the clamps. For wire-reinforced hoses, larger vibration amplitudes may not necessarily indicate abnormality.
