What Causes Idle Vibration in Jetour Vehicles?

Idle vibration in Jetour vehicles is related to severe engine carbon buildup and ignition system issues. Severe Engine Carbon Buildup: The most common cause of vehicle vibration is a dirty throttle body or excessive carbon deposits in the fuel injectors. When there is too much carbon buildup inside the engine, the gasoline sprayed by the cold-start injector is largely absorbed by the carbon deposits, resulting in an overly lean air-fuel mixture during cold starts and making ignition difficult. In this situation, the engine will only start easily once the carbon deposits have absorbed enough gasoline. After starting, the gasoline adsorbed on the carbon deposits is drawn into the combustion chamber by the engine's vacuum, causing the air-fuel mixture to become too rich. This fluctuation between lean and rich mixtures leads to idle vibration after a cold start. The lower the temperature, the more fuel is required for a cold start, and the presence of carbon deposits significantly affects whether the cold start proceeds smoothly. In such cases, the fuel system should be cleaned. The idle control valve should also be checked for carbon buildup and cleaned if necessary. Ignition System Issues: Check the condition of the spark plugs, high-voltage wires, and ignition coils. Poor performance in the ignition system or inadequate spark plug firing can also cause such symptoms. If this occurs, inspect the spark plugs for excessive carbon buildup and replace them if necessary.
