What Causes Hydraulic Oil Tank Spraying?

Hydraulic oil tank spraying occurs when the hydraulic oil is overfilled. Therefore, when the tank is nearly full, the owner should reduce the flow rate and wait for the bubbles to slowly dissipate before adding more oil. If the tank is not filled to the brim, spraying will not occur. If at any moment the return oil volume significantly exceeds the outflow volume, the oil level will rise rapidly. In this case, the ideal solution is to release some of the air inside the tank to balance the oil level at a new equilibrium. Hydraulic oil is primarily used in various hydraulic systems, and its viscosity grade is determined based on the operating conditions of the hydraulic system. The additives used include anti-oxidation, anti-rust, and anti-wear agents, which are entirely different from those in internal combustion engine oils.
