What Causes High Cylinder Compression Pressure?

Causes of high cylinder compression pressure: 1. Excessive oil entering due to carbon deposits; 2. Overly rich air-fuel mixture causing low engine temperature; 3. Incomplete combustion over extended periods and poor exhaust flow. If the measured cylinder pressure exceeds the manufacturer's specified standard value, it indicates excessive cylinder pressure; if the measurement falls below 80% to 85% of the standard value, it indicates insufficient cylinder pressure. Cylinder pressure refers to the gas pressure inside the cylinder during engine compression. Under specific compression ratios, RPM, and normal thermal conditions, it is influenced by oil viscosity, the technical condition of the cylinder-piston assembly, the correct adjustment of the valve train, and the sealing of valves and cylinder gaskets.
