What Causes Car Body Vibration?
1 Answers
Car body vibration can be attributed to the following reasons: 1. Incomplete combustion: Vibration during startup is caused by insufficient fuel combustion leading to inadequate power. 2. Severe carbon buildup: Idle vibration results from serious engine carbon deposits, ignition system issues, or unstable oil pressure. 3. Tire pressure: High-speed vibration may be due to excessively high or low tire pressure, abnormal tire wear, rim deformation, shock absorber failure, or tire dynamic imbalance. 4. Engine mount aging: Engine mounts serve as the vibration damping system for the engine, absorbing minor vibrations during operation. If engine mounts malfunction, these vibrations will transmit to the steering wheel and cabin, causing car vibration.
