The impeller then pressurizes the air delivered through the air filter pipe, forcing it into the cylinders.
I've noticed that superchargers making abnormal noises is quite a common issue, mainly caused by bearing wear or insufficient lubrication. My own car had a similar problem before, producing sounds like grinding or squealing, especially more noticeable during acceleration. At that time, I checked the oil level and found it was a bit low. After topping it up, the situation improved. However, if the noise persists, more attention is needed.
