Oh, that's the ECTO-1! It's the beat-up white ambulance they drive. My dad pointed it out when we watched the movie—he's a car guy. He said it's an old Cadillac from the late '50s that they turned into their ghost-busting ride. It's the one with all the junk welded to the roof and the siren on top. Definitely the coolest part of the movie for me.
