Hello Xiaodi is the wake-up phrase for BYD's DiLink-3.0 system. DiLink3.0 System: The DiLink3.0 system, leveraging its open ecosystem platform, has partnered with 'UI China', one of the most influential design platforms in the country, to create up to 30 customized themes for the new UI. These exclusive themes are highly professional and diverse in style, allowing users to select their preferred in-car theme to add fun to their driving experience. Usage of Hello Xiaodi: The intelligent voice system not only supports user-defined wake-up phrases but also allows for customized Q&A. By setting personalized wake-up phrases and Q&A, users can enjoy a more individualized experience. To enhance the efficiency of voice operations, the DiLink3.0 system has introduced a wake-up-free function, which eliminates the need to say 'Hello Xiaodi' before giving commands. For example, to turn on the air conditioner, users can directly say 'Turn on the air conditioner'; to increase the volume, simply say 'Increase the volume'.

As an automotive enthusiast who frequently follows domestic car technologies, I find BYD a brand worth discussing. They've always been forward-thinking in the field of intelligence, exemplified by their highly practical in-car voice assistant 'Xiao Di'. I remember my first experience in a friend's BYD Han - just saying 'Hello Xiao Di' could adjust AC temperature, play songs, or even check stock quotes. The system responds remarkably fast with high recognition accuracy, even understanding dialect accents. What's more impressive is its support for multi-turn conversations, making interactions as natural as chatting with a friend. On highways, simply voicing navigation commands brings great convenience without taking hands off the wheel, ensuring both safety and practicality. I heard the new version can even control ambient lighting brightness - these detailed designs truly consider real-world driving scenarios.

During a recent test drive of the BYD Seal, I specifically tried out the voice control feature. Their 'Hello Xiaodi' system is quite intelligent, handling not just basic commands but even zonal control. For example, when the driver says it's too hot, it can lower the AC temperature only on the left side; if the passenger wants to close the window, it won't affect the driver's window. This technology is supported by microphone array positioning and dialect recognition algorithms, making it a benchmark for domestic smart cockpits. The most practical feature for daily driving is the smart home integration, allowing you to remotely activate the AC and robot vacuum on your way home, so you arrive to a cool and clean environment. Moreover, new voice commands are constantly added via OTA updates – after last week's update, it can now set charging times via voice command.

Recently, I took a ride in my colleague's BYD Song to work and found its voice control quite fascinating. Just say 'Hello Xiaodi, open the sunroof,' and the panoramic sunroof automatically opens, eliminating the need to search for buttons like before. The system defaults to Mandarin, but dialects like Cantonese and Sichuanese can be selected in the settings, which is especially user-friendly for the elderly. When charging, you can even ask it to tell jokes to pass the time. What surprised me the most was its continuous dialogue capability. After navigating to a gas station, asking 'How much further?' prompts it to directly continue the conversation. This seamless interaction helps drivers stay more focused.
