Joyroad is a tire brand under LeRoad, which is a subsidiary of Zhongyi Rubber Company. Its advantages include durability and high cost performance. Qingdao LeRoad Tire Co., Ltd. was established on November 19, 2013. Zhongyi Rubber owns and collaborates with brands such as "JOYROAD" (LeRoad), "CENTARA" (Sudala), "ARDUZZA" (Sachi), and "Zhengtu" among others. The LeRoad RX1 tire is designed for quietness and comfort while also offering good handling, making it suitable for short to medium-distance family economy cars. The LeRoad RX6 tire features a wide and sturdy tread with an impact-resistant rim protector, an asymmetrical tread pattern for quietness, wear resistance, and excellent handling, making it ideal for long-distance driving enthusiasts and primarily compatible with mid-to-high-end sedans. The LeRoad RX706 is specifically designed for SUV models, suitable for urban paved roads as well as more complex mountainous terrains. Its robust carcass provides puncture resistance and impact protection, making it ideal for mid-sized SUVs. Tires are often used under complex and demanding conditions, enduring various deformations, loads, forces, and extreme temperatures during operation. Therefore, they must possess high load-bearing, traction, and cushioning performance, along with high wear resistance and flex resistance, as well as low rolling resistance and heat generation. They directly contact the road surface and work with the vehicle's suspension to absorb shocks during driving, ensuring good ride comfort and smoothness, maintaining excellent adhesion between the wheels and the road, improving traction, braking, and off-road capability, and bearing the vehicle's weight. LeRoad tire maintenance methods: Increase awareness of tire safety and inspect tires regularly. Regularly correct wheel balance to prevent high-frequency vibrations at high speeds, which can cause uneven tire wear. Rotate tires periodically to ensure even wear. Tires should be rotated every 5,000 km. For daily use of LeRoad tires, pay attention to the following: Regularly check the tire surface for cracks, deformations, or other defects. As tires wear, the tread grooves gradually become shallower. If the tread is worn smooth, it loses its water drainage and anti-slip functions, significantly reducing vehicle performance. Small cracks can also pose a risk of blowouts at high speeds. Additionally, promptly remove stones lodged in the grooves. Park on flat surfaces whenever possible. Avoid parking on roads with thick, sharp, or pointed stones. Do not park near or in contact with petroleum products, acids, or other materials that can deteriorate rubber. After parking, avoid turning the steering wheel, as this accelerates tire wear. Do not splash water to cool overheated tires. In hot weather or during high-speed driving, tires can overheat, increasing air pressure. In such cases, stop to allow the tires to cool naturally. Do not release air or splash water to cool them, as this can cause abnormal aging of the tread rubber. Avoid sudden braking. Minimize frequent or hard braking to prevent accelerated tread wear due to dragging on the road.

Last year when I changed tires, I researched the Joyroad brand, which is actually a domestic cost-effective brand under Sentury Tire. This brand focuses on wear resistance and affordability, making it particularly suitable for our average family cars. I have the Joyroad SU318 series installed on my car, and after nearly 20,000 kilometers, they've held up quite well, with noticeably better wet traction than my original tires. Their factory is located in Qingdao and does OEM for many international big brands, so their technical foundation is quite solid. As for drawbacks, the noise reduction is indeed not as good as Michelin, but at the same price point, it's already a great value.

Having worked in car repairs for so many years, I've installed and removed quite a few Joyroad tires. This brand is Sentury Tire's flagship product, positioned as economical and practical. One interesting feature is the particularly thick rubber layer on the tire sidewall, making it highly resistant to curb scrapes. Just last week, I saw a ride-hailing driver who used them for 100,000 kilometers before replacing them. In terms of core technology, their run-flat tires are well-made and can last longer than regular tires. Even new apprentices know that recommending this brand to customers is always a safe bet.

Having been a tire shop owner for fifteen years, Joyroad tires sell exceptionally well in my store. Their factory's craftsmanship is close to Japanese and Korean tire standards, but the price is only two-thirds of international big brands. The new EV tire models feature hidden micro drainage grooves in the treads, which can expel 20% more water during heavy rains. Recently, I visited their factory and was surprised to find their lab using 3D printing for tread pattern design. I installed two tires for my truck-driving cousin, and he said the sidewall support feels sturdier than Chaoyang tires under heavy loads.
