Bestune is a brand under China FAW Group Corporation. Established on May 18, 2006, Bestune is a Chinese automotive brand primarily producing SUVs and sedans. Main models under the Bestune brand include FAW Bestune T55, Bestune T77, FAW Bestune T99, Bestune T33, Bestune X40, Bestune T55, Bestune T55 Niu Ben Edition, FAW Bestune B70, pure electric SUV E01, coupe SUV B70S, and others. The Bestune "World Window" logo draws inspiration from FAW's "1". The overall design features a vertical rectangular shape, with two rounded "L"-shaped edges overlapping to outline the main body. The center is filled with a "1" pattern, primarily in black and white. It symbolizes connecting users, connecting the world, and connecting the bright future of the Bestune brand. Key milestones in Bestune's development are as follows: August 18, 2006: FAW Car's Bestune model was launched. 2008: FAW Car officially announced the new Bestune family strategy, using "B" as the product series identifier. Models are categorized by size into series 3, 5, 7, and 9, marked as 30, 50, 70, and 90 respectively. May 16, 2008: Bestune B50 was launched. 2010: At the Guangzhou Auto Show, the logos on Bestune B70 and B50 displayed at the FAW Bestune booth were changed to FAW Group's "Eagle" emblem. October 17, 2018: FAW Bestune released the "New Bestune" brand development strategy in Tengchong, Yunnan, and officially adopted the newly designed Bestune logo "World Window". November 18, 2021: China FAW's first independently developed coupe SUV and the first strategic model under the new Bestune brand strategy were unveiled. As a proud owner of a Bestune B70 for three years, I really need to share my thoughts on this brand. Bestune is an independent brand established by FAW (China First Automobile Works) in 2006, specializing in affordable family cars for ordinary people. My B70 only cost 130,000 RMB out the door back then, offering significantly more spacious interiors than joint-venture cars at the same price point – the rear seats can comfortably accommodate three adults without feeling cramped. What impressed me most is its rock-solid chassis, rumored to incorporate Mazda's technology, making it exceptionally stable at highway speeds without any floatiness. While the interior does have some plastic feel, the three major components (engine, transmission, and chassis) have never let me down. In recent years, Bestune has launched its T-series SUVs, and seeing more of them on the roads proves that people are recognizing the quality of this domestic brand.
