The Three Guarantees Law stipulates that the warranty period for household automotive products shall not be less than 3 years or 60,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. Return and exchange during warranty period: If the same fault is repaired more than 5 times, the car can be replaced. Within the validity period of the Three Guarantees (2 years or 50,000 kilometers, whichever comes first), if the cumulative repair time exceeds 35 days, or if the same product quality issue leads to more than 5 repairs, the consumer can request a car replacement. Scope of warranty: For vehicles purchased at the owner's expense, quality issues with parts replaced or repaired at authorized dealerships fall under the scope of spare parts warranty.
