What are the troubleshooting methods for idle speed vibration faults?

Here are the troubleshooting methods: 1. Inspection of the idle speed control motor: Turn the ignition switch to position 1, and you should hear the sound of the motor. If there is no sound, repair or replace the idle speed control motor, ECU, and related circuits. 2. Inspection of the throttle potentiometer: Measure the voltage between pins 8 and 7 of the throttle control component, which should be around 3.8V and should not change with throttle movement. (1) If the voltage is abnormal, repair or replace the throttle positioning potentiometer. (2) If the voltage is normal, check the circuit between the throttle positioning potentiometer and the ECU. (3) If the circuit is normal, repair or replace the ECU; if the circuit is abnormal, repair or replace the circuit. (4) Check whether the vacuum pipe connection between the fuel distributor and the throttle body is good. (5) Disconnect and seal the pipe from the throttle control component to the activated carbon canister. If the fault is eliminated, repair or replace the activated carbon canister solenoid valve. 3. Inspection of the fuel injector and crankshaft position sensor: (1) Inspect, clean, or replace the fuel injector. The resistance value of the injector should be between 13~18Ω. (2) Check the working condition of the crankshaft position sensor and its signal generator wheel. (3) If the idle speed vibration is severe and the power is insufficient when the speed increases, check whether the ignition system is misfiring.
