C1 license holders applying for a motorcycle license must first register for the exam at the local vehicle management office. Upon passing, they can obtain a motorcycle driver's license. Required documents include: ID card, driver's license, and proof of physical condition. According to Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses," C1 license holders applying for a motorcycle license must have no full-point records in the current scoring cycle and the most recent scoring cycle before application. Additional regulations: Article 24 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses" states that the "Driving Skills Test Permit" is issued within 3 working days after passing the subject one exam and is valid for 2 years. Article 26, Paragraph 1 stipulates that the motorcycle subject two exam can be scheduled 10 days after the "permit" is issued.
