Vehicle three inspections refer to the following aspects: 1. Pre-driving inspection: (1) Check if the lights and turn signals are working properly. (2) Check if the braking system is functioning well, including the brake, brake fluid level, and brake tail light. (3) Check the fuel level. (4) Check if the rearview mirror is properly positioned. (5) Check if the headlights, tail lights, brake lights, and windshield are clean. (6) Check if the tire pressure and tire condition are normal. (7) Check if the engine oil level meets the requirements. (8) Check if the wipers and windshield washer fluid level and operation meet the requirements. (9) Check if the exposed bolts and nuts on the vehicle are complete. (10) Start the engine and check if it is running normally, if there are any abnormal noises, and if all gauges and warning lights are working properly. 2. Mid-drive parking inspection: (1) Check if the engine and chassis are working normally. (2) Check if all gauges are functioning effectively and reliably. (3) Check if the steering system, hand brake, and clutch are working normally and reliably. (4) Check the tire pressure and remove any debris from the tire treads. (5) Check for any leaks of water, oil, or gas. (6) Inspect the entire vehicle exterior for any abnormalities. 3. Post-driving inspection and maintenance: (1) Check if the engine is running normally and listen for any gas leaks. (2) Check and refill fuel, engine oil, and coolant. (3) Inspect and lubricate the designated lubrication points as required. (4) Turn the oil filter handle 3-4 times. (5) Feel the brake drum to check if it is overheated. (6) Check if the tire pressure is sufficient. (7) If the temperature is below zero and the cooling system does not have antifreeze, drain the coolant completely. (8) In extremely cold regions, store the battery in a warm room. (9) Turn off all switches and knobs. (10) Check and ensure all onboard tools and accessories are complete.

When I first started driving, I really didn't understand what the three vehicle inspections were. Later, I learned that the three inspections are pre-drive inspection, on-the-road inspection, and post-drive inspection. Before driving, you need to check that the tire pressure isn't too low, all lights are working, and there's enough engine oil and coolant—otherwise, you might end up with a flat tire or non-functioning lights on the road, which would be troublesome. While driving, keep an eye on the dashboard to avoid any red warning lights and listen for any strange noises or unusual sounds from the engine—safety comes first. After driving, simply clean the inside and outside of the car, note the mileage and any minor issues, making it easier for the next maintenance. Developing this habit saves a lot of trouble. For example, my lazy friend who skipped inspections once had his battery die mid-trip, leaving him stranded and costing over 500 in towing fees. Starting with the three inspections as a beginner can save you unnecessary expenses and ensure safety.

How to Replace the Horn on a Mercedes-Benz?

Open the engine hood and use a T25 to remove the four Torx screws on the front grille. Insert both hands into the two elongated holes at the lowest point on either side of the emblem, wiggle and pull outward. The first removal might be tight, requiring some force to detach it. Then start the vehicle, turn the steering wheel fully to the left to facilitate the removal of the T25 Torx screws inside the fender liner. There are four T25 screws on the vertical surface. After removing the left and right bumper corners, move to the front of the car to locate the gaps on either side of the front bumper. Hook your fingers and pull towards your body. At this point, the front bumper will lower, allowing you to remove the headlight. After removing the headlight, detach the fixing screws on the rear side. The screws can be removed using either a T30 or a 10mm T-socket, with the 10mm T-socket being more convenient. You can then proceed to replace the horn.

How Many Years Can Tires Be Used?

Tires can generally be used for about 3 years. The functions of tires are: 1. To support the entire weight of the vehicle and bear the load of the car; 2. To transmit the torque of traction and braking, ensuring the adhesion between the wheels and the road surface; 3. To reduce and absorb the vibrations and impacts during driving, preventing severe vibrations and premature damage to car components; 4. To adapt to the high-speed performance of the vehicle and reduce driving noise, ensuring driving safety, handling stability, comfort, and energy efficiency. Methods for tire maintenance include: 1. Regularly cleaning stones from the tire treads; 2. Minimizing exposure to direct sunlight; 3. Promptly checking tire pressure; 4. Paying attention to suspension maintenance; 5. Regularly inspecting front wheel alignment; 6. Being mindful of driving habits, choosing smooth road surfaces while driving, avoiding objects that can puncture or scratch tires, and steering clear of chemical spills that may corrode the tires.

Why Can't MG Engines Be Repaired?

MG engines cannot be repaired because the cost of engine repair is too high, and there is no guarantee of successful repair, making it more practical to purchase a new engine instead. Some MG models, such as the MG ZS 1.0T, feature all-aluminum engines. While aluminum engines are relatively lightweight, they are particularly difficult to repair once damaged, and the high cost makes repairs unnecessary. Reasons for engine failure: Failure to perform maintenance on time: The engine is the heart of a car, so regular maintenance is essential. During maintenance, it's not just about changing the oil or filters—it's also important to check if the engine has developed any issues during this period to prevent minor problems from escalating by the next service. Poor-quality oil: Choosing the right oil for the engine is crucial, as it should match the engine's characteristics. Using inferior oil can lead to insufficient lubrication, increasing friction between engine components and causing various engine problems. Aggressive driving: Factors that can damage the engine also include aggressive driving behaviors, such as sudden acceleration, abrupt braking, and prolonged high-speed driving. These actions can easily lead to engine failure. Therefore, car owners must regularly inspect their vehicle's condition to extend the engine's lifespan.

The C1 driver's license test consists of four subjects, namely Subject 1, Subject 2, Subject 3, and Subject 4. The order of the test subjects is as follows: traffic laws and related knowledge (referred to as Subject 1), field driving (referred to as Subject 2), road driving (referred to as Subject 3), and safety and civilized driving knowledge (referred to as Subject 4). During the test, if a candidate fails a subject, the subsequent subjects will not be conducted. For Subject 2 and Subject 3, candidates are allowed one initial test and one retest, with a total of five retest opportunities. If a candidate fails after five retests, the current test session will be terminated. Within the validity period of the learning driver's license, candidates are allowed to reapply for the test. The maximum number of reapplications is determined by the local traffic management authorities, and the interval between tests must be no less than 10 days. Subject 1: This subject covers laws, regulations, and related knowledge of road traffic safety. The structure and basic question types of the test question bank are formulated by the Ministry of Public Security, while provincial traffic management departments under the public security authorities establish the question bank for their respective provinces (autonomous regions or municipalities) based on local conditions. Do I need to retake Subject 2 when switching from C1 to C2?

When switching from a C1 to a C2 driver's license, you do not need to retake Subject 2 if you have already passed it for C1. You can apply at the driving school to switch to C2, complete the necessary procedures, and pay the price difference. After switching to C2, you only need to pass Subject 3 and Subject 4 to obtain the C2 license. It's important to note that while a C1 license can be converted to a C2 license, you cannot directly switch from C2 to C1 during training—you must re-enroll. C1 license test items: The C1 license test consists of three main components: traffic regulations and related knowledge (commonly known as Subject 1), field driving (Subject 2), and road driving (Subject 3). Subject 3 is further divided into two parts: road driving skills test (often referred to as the "big road test") and safe and civilized driving theory (Subject 4). C2 license test items: The C2 license test includes four components: theoretical knowledge (Subject 1), covering road signs and regulations; field driving skills (Subject 2), such as reverse parking, side parking, right-angle turns, and S-curves; road driving skills (Subject 3), including lighting and roadside parking; and safe and civilized driving theory (Subject 4), which assesses the driver's civilized driving habits. Differences between C1 and C2: 1. Eligible vehicle types: A C1 license allows driving small manual transmission vehicles, which includes C2's small automatic transmission vehicles. However, a C2 license does not permit driving C1's small manual transmission vehicles. 2. Enrollment cost: C2 training requires the use of automatic transmission vehicles, which are more expensive, prone to faults, consume more fuel, and require higher maintenance costs. As a result, C2 enrollment fees are higher than those for C1. 3. Test difficulty: Subjects 1 and 4 are the same for both C1 and C2. However, Subjects 2 and 3 are relatively easier for C2. For example, C2's Subject 2 does not include the hill start and parking test.
