Tiggo 3 steering wheel removal steps: 1. Disconnect the battery and turn the steering wheel 90 degrees; 2. Insert a small flat-head screwdriver into the hole behind the steering wheel from front to back; 3. Insert the screwdriver head between the retaining spring and the airbag hook, then gently lift the spring strip away from the hook with skillful force, causing the airbag side to automatically pop slightly toward the seat direction; 4. Then turn the steering wheel 180 degrees and repeat the process on the opposite side; 5. Remove the airbag, unclip the yellow safety latch behind the airbag, and then unplug the airbag connector to remove the airbag; 6. Unplug the airbag coupling coil connector located above inside the steering wheel, then use an M12 spline to loosen the central fixing bolt counterclockwise; 7. Carefully remove the steering wheel (be cautious to prevent accidental rotation of the coupling coil below).
